Richard Ross Two-mile swims have become the daily regimen as I start my day with a steaming cup of Dean’s Beans coffee, a quick perusal of the news and net and head into the pool for a vigorous workout.
This guy publishes our local paper. Apparently, he is also my friend on Facebook. Anyone up for the speedo pictures? I can’t stop laughing.
